Tent Time and Funny Faces

Ren has been sleeping in her tent on top of her bed for the last few weeks. She loves it. Eden came over last week and had a sleepover.

I unfortunately had my camera set on portrait so, that is why these are blurry.

The next morning we were on my bed taking pictures. We had read a really cute book on feelings and facial expressions. I grabbed the book and took pictures as they gave me the expressions. Here's the Wizzle chilling in her boppy and watching the silliness as usual.

Happy.

Worried.

Frightened.

Sad.

Mad.

Naughty.

Heart Project

After Willa was born I felt extremely tired. I really wanted to do fun stuff with Ren, but I had no energy to do it. Thankfully it was close to Valentine's so we started our heart project. We began to cut, color and and then Ren would plaster the hearts all over the house. I have been wanting to take pictures of this since we did it, but I kept forgetting. I have been meaning to take them down and file them, but I feel such love and good energy when I see them that I can't bring myself to do it yet. Also, Ren has been in to rearranging them and I find that very interesting. Here is a picture from today when she was hard at work setting this arrangement up. David had a brilliant idea to file and date them and then next year plaster them back up and add more every year. I can't wait to see them multiply and also to see her skills increase.

The Gift that keeps on giving.

This is what started the minis. Ren snuggled Luva in by Willa and then said, "Awe, Mama, you should take a picture." "That's so sweet."

I told Ren to get down there too.

She was making such silly faces. I finally said, "Will you please make a sweet face?" She instantly put her hand up to her face and there you have it. Sweet face. I love to see them holding hands.

"My name's Papa, dude."

Here is one of the minis that Ren directed and I filmed. She also did one where Willa was saying she was me and also one where she was claiming to be Ren.

Talk Talk

Here is a movie short of Willa talking a bit. The camera angle is a little difficult to look at, but I'm sure you all can handle it. There are some more funny little movies of Ren speaking for Willa in a very loud voice, but I couldn't get blogger to load them. Maybe later.

Willa's first Bonfire.

After being at my mom's for lunch David went back to work at the shop and I drove around in my mom's car looking at vehicles for us to possibly buy. We had been invited to Ali and Paul's place for an early bonfire, but I didn't have time to run home first and get Willa's polar fleece snuggly. So, instead we had to jimmy together a warm outfit for her.

Phase one: Size 3T kitty hat (covered in Jack's fur) that Eden still wears and she is 5.
Phase Two: Socks as mittens.
Phase Three: Unzipping her fleece car seat liner and using it as blanket.

Phase Four: Looking hilarious and adorable. Possibly more like a small, pink bear cub than a kitty though.

Aunt Brenda visit

My mom has been wanting a picture with her grand kids. Well, here they all are in their spring day glory. Fantastic is a word that comes to mind. Grandma W. had us all over for lunch after church and my Aunt Brenda was up visiting from Indiana for the weekend. It was really great to see her.

Aunt Brenda and mom.

I am always happy to pose with my girls.
