I actually picked up the camera to take a mini movie of this funny thing Wizz does when she's excited...."Shake it out!" As soon as I hit record girlfriend started steppin!

Clash Spirit and Valentine's Day at School 2009

Here is the fab-blee-us (that's how Ren used to say it and I still do by accident sometimes) Ren Ailey all decked out for Clash/Valentine's Day! You would think that just Valentine's celebrations would be enough, but for the month of February they are having silly spirit days on Fridays and Ren loves them!

Here is her Valentine's Bag that they all decorated and the teachers filled with all the kids goods from each other.

Willa loved visiting.

The bags were passed out and then the kids dug into them.

This is the first kid that spoke up and asked Ren's teacher who his heart necklace was from. She of course loudly said that Ren made it and isn't beautiful? He came around the corner and in a very sweet and genuine voice said, "Thank you. I like this Ren."

Here all the kids had to sit down and Ms. M. asked the kids if anyone wanted a piece of candy they should put their hand on their heads.

On the way out the door Mr. P. was outside helping kids get to their parents. He is Ren's Science teacher and is amazing.

Heart Project

The Heart Project is complete and was taken in yesterday to be counted. I am hoping that Willa and I can join in on the fun today for a bit and get some good photos. If you enlarge the photo you can see all the designs. We had so much fun doing this little project.

Legumes At The Park

We've had a bit of a thaw here and it feels so good.
Eden was over for a play date and the girls begged me to take them to the zoo.

I wish I had something accurate enough or at the very least funny enough to describe Cakes get up here. All I can say is please enlarge photo to get a good look at her Ray Charles/Buddy Holly glasses....ah I found something to say just in the nick of time!

We found out the hard way that Ren's cat boots had a leak.
